Managing blocked work just got more powerful in Kanban Zone!

You can now configure how blocking works across your organization with detailed options to track, categorize, and follow up on blockers more effectively.

Organization Settings: Blocking Configuration

Admins can now customize the blocking experience for all teams:

🔹 Type
Define common blocker categories (e.g., Legal, Vendor, Security), each with its own color and icon for quick scanning.

🔹 Severity
Let users indicate how serious a blocker is. Severity levels come with numeric weights for reporting, filtering, and automation (e.g., High = 10, Medium = 5, Low = 1).

🔹 Reason
Add a short explanation to give context for each blocked card.

🔹 Reminder Date
Prevent forgotten blockers by letting users set a follow-up date. An alert will notify them if the card stays blocked too long.

These enhancements make it easier to analyze blockers, prioritize unblocking efforts, and improve flow across boards.
