We’re actively refining both the backend CMS and the mobile app based on deeper usage data and real-world field feedback:

• Reversing shading logic for storage status
  → Items not yet scanned into storage will now be shaded to help crews spot them more easily.
• Clear “In Storage” vs. “Out of Storage” categories
  → Items will automatically organize into these two clean groups, improving clarity and filtering.
• Sharper image thumbnails in the backend
  → You'll soon see higher-quality item photos for easier item checks and reporting.
• Advanced search filters by vault, stage name, and pickup date
  → Locate shipments with pinpoint accuracy using detailed filters.
• Optional user field on mobile
  → Make scanning workflows cleaner for crews using shared devices.
• Backend photo upload support
  → Admins will be able to upload or update photos right from the CMS.
• Temporary rooms/items won’t crowd the backend library
  → Field-added rooms/items will be treated as one-time entries, keeping the system clean.
